She was last spotted in public looking markedly different in a short brown wig as she filmed her new movie. But it was very much back to normal on Friday for Jennifer Aniston, who stepped out with her caramel coloured long hair tied into a loose ponytail. The 44-year-old star looked relaxed in a flowing black dress, flip flops and aviator sunglasses as she emerged from a New York City store with supplies for her pet pooch.

The actress’s chic image was a far cry from her somewhat dowdy appearance earlier this week as she filmed Squirrels to the Nuts in a short brown wig and unflattering spectacles.

She teamed her new hairpiece with a simple long sleeved black dress, a silver circle necklace and mauve eye shadow.

The comedy is about a Broadway director who falls in love with a prostitute-turned actress and helps her with her career.

Jennifer is filming the hotly anticipated movie alongside Owen Wilson, Cybill Shepherd and Eugene Levy.
